Refund policy

Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the product doesn't work on your supported setup. No questions, no hoops — open a ticket in Discord with your order number.

After 24 hours, refunds are at our discretion. We may decline refunds for:

• Setup issues we've already resolved with you
• Use on unsupported hardware or OS
• Coordinated chargeback patterns

Crypto refunds are processed back to the original wallet within 24 hours. Card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
